Booking process

  • Sen Omakase offers 2 services. Lunch at 13:45h, dinner at 20:45h. Please be punctual. Doors will open at time.
  • On the 1st of each month, Sen Omakase opens reservations for the following month (i.e., reservations for February will open on January 1st).
  • When making the reservation, a credit card will be required as a guarantee of attendance. No amount will be charged upon booking.
  • The Omakase Menu we offer is for one person.
  • The menu price is €220
  • Please allow 2 hours and 30 minutes to enjoy the experience.

Booking conditions

  • All diners in the same service will be served at the same time. A 15-minute grace period is granted. If a diner arrives after that time, they will be added to the experience and the menu at the point where it is, charging the full amount of the menu.
  • Allergy and intolerance information: Any allergies must be communicated by the client when making the reservation or, failing that, a maximum of 2 days prior. Please note that SEN's omakase menu is based on sushi and Kaiseki preparations, many of which use raw fish and shellfish, as well as meat. Most of the menu items contain gluten. We cannot accommodate allergies included in these categories (fish, shellfish, anisakis).
  • Please ensure you are aware of the dietary requirements of all members of your party and contact us before making your reservation to confirm if we can accommodate all diners in your booking.
  • Sen Omakase is not the most suitable restaurant for children under 12 years old
  • There is no children's menu.
  • High chairs and strollers are not available nor the space for them.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The number of guests must match the number of guests on the reservation. If the number of guests is lower, the full amount for all guests on the reservation will be charged.
  • Out of respect for other guests, please silence your mobile device and limit its use during your meal.
  • Due to the delicate aromas of Japanese cuisine, please avoid using strong fragrances that may spoil the sensory experience for other guests.
  • If you wish to capture memories of your visit, you are welcome to do so with your mobile phones, provided you do not disturb other guests.
  • Recording inside the restaurant with lights, tripods, and/or bulky audiovisual equipment is not permitted.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations or changes to the number of guests in your reservation made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of €220 per guest. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • At SEN Omakase, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers. However, as we are a restaurant with a very limited number of guests per service, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our daily operations.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in minimizing these situations. We are committed to providing excellent service and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
